  • Politicians calling on other politicians to resign.
  • Politicians spouting patter instead of speaking their mind. This afflicts almost all politicians except Ken Livingstone.
  • Interviewers who badger politicians. They're as responsible as anyone for dumbing down politics. Jeremy Paxman rarely asks intelligent questions.
  • People who continually compare our laws and public services with Sweden, and who say "They do it much better in Sweden".
