Moderation

In keeping with the spirit of the group, I shall avoid moderation, except in obvious cases of vandalism. This is an open forum and people should be free to express opinions. I might move stuff around to restructure things occasionally.

I encourage people to maintain their personal “user pages”, and to try to make any personal statements on those pages rather than the main ones. If things are in the appropriate place, then there should be no problem. The main pages are mainly for general observations, and structured in a certain way.

There shall certainly be no groupthink or stifling of debate. The whole point of the unfocus group is to free our society from its current intellectual paralysis, so anything goes except vandalism. In other words, anything goes except a deliberate attempt to wreck the pages or the project. Every point of view shall be catered for. The unfocus group will stand as a testament to the true diversity of human thought and opinion.

As opinions diverge, it would be helpful to rearrange opinions into "The case against..." or "The case for... " pages, so that the Unfocus Group represents a diversity of opinions and then we would not have to delete anything.
